Can architects use the written word to change the world? Mani-fest is a publication publication where 15 young Swedish architects were asked to formulate their own manifestos. The project set out to reflect on the power of words, historical manifestos and what is important to architects in Sweden right now.
Mani-fest was curated by Max Gerthel and Fredrik Torisson. Graphic design by Daniel Christensen.
“In 2020 the highly celebrated festival took us on journey with a three-day bash of dance, music and performance. This time the curator of the festival, Alma Söderberg created a festival that moved across the country … from performing arts to concerts and workshops. With a rhythmic core as it’s driving force it was expressed through flamenco, contemporary dance, punk and experimental music. The body was the instrument and demanded you to see with your ears and listen with your eyes.”

“Unclouded Dances is a ritual for one spectator at a time, in an intimate setting. To the techno beats by Fiedel, Fréderic Gies offers a dance conceived as a journey that invites the spectator to dive into the most delicate and tenuous details and to experience the spiritual and healing dimensions of the act of dancing.”
